Terms of website use and mall visits
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Mega Mall Sharjah website or visiting the mall. By using the website or entering the premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the Website
This website is made available for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or copy or republish its content without prior written permission.
Content and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website content, including text, images, logos and design, belong to Mega Mall Sharjah or its licensors. Tenant brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Promotions and Campaigns
Each promotion, raffle or campaign is subject to its own specific terms announced at launch, including eligibility criteria, validity period and prize redemption procedures. Mega Mall reserves the right to amend or cancel any campaign without prior notice, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Conduct on the Premises
Visitors are asked to observe modest dress and public decency standards in line with the regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah. Smoking outside designated areas, commercial photography without permission, and any behaviour that disturbs other visitors or compromises safety are not permitted. The mall reserves the right to refuse entry or request a visitor to leave where these rules are breached.
Children and Supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults at all times while on the premises, including within play and entertainment areas.
Parking and Personal Property
Parking facilities are used at the visitor’s own risk. The mall accepts no liability for loss of or damage to vehicles or personal property on the premises.
Transactions with Retailers
All purchases are made directly between the visitor and the relevant retailer and are subject to that retailer’s exchange, refund and warranty policies. Mega Mall is not a party to those transactions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mega Mall Sharjah shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a visit to the mall.
Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
